Mauricio and Emma grabbed dinner at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday.

Witnesses say the new couple sat at the bar and were spotted exchanging affectionate kisses.

At the exit to the parking lot Mauricio gave Emma his hand and went to the back of the restaurant to kiss her goodbye.

Mauricio, 53, is fresh from his marriage to Kyle Richards, 54.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband separated in July after 27 years of marriage.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family,” an insider revealed to People.

The couple met at a nightclub in 1994 then two years later, the two married in January 1996.

Kyle, 54, and Mauricio, 53, have three daughters together: Alexia, 27; Sophia, 23; and Portia, 15.

The RHOBH star also has another daughter, Farrah, 34, from a previous marriage.

The two first appeared on RHOBH in 2010 and have continued to be on the series for the last 12 seasons.

The pair shares a massive $8million mansion in Los Angeles — which they just took out a huge $5million mortgage.
