The Dancing With The Stars host’s big news came after fans called for her to be fired from the dancing competition series.

In a now-deleted Instagram Story, Julianne, 35, sat at a table with two Disney World 2023 Holiday Special scripts in front of her.
In the past, the TV personality – along with her older brother, Derek, 38 – have hosted specials for the multi-billion-dollar company in the past.
Last year and the year prior, the brother-sister duo hosted Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration in Orlando that featured dance numbers, special guests, and one-of-a-kind performances.
In 2020, Julianne hosted solo along with co-host Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Tituss Burgess hosted the merry event.

These special events happen at both Disney World in Florida and Disneyland in California.
HER YEAR
2023 has been a big year for Julianne as she was announced as a co-host of DWTS in early August and replaced Tyra Banks.
Alongside the professional dancer, Alfonso Ribeiro, 52, is the second host.
On the show, Alfonso is typically on the dance floor and stands next to the dancers while the judges give their critiques.
Julianne is placed up in the skybox and watches the performances with the other competitors.
She typically interviews the couple after they’ve danced and watches them get their scores from the judges.
However, many fans have called for Julianne to be fired from her position.
‘SHE’S GOTTA GO’
As fans watched the Halloween-themed episode of the hit ABC competition show, they weren’t too thrilled about Julianne’s hosting abilities – and even throughout the season.
One commenter wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Derek and Julianne gotta go. If you ain’t dancing, you ain’t doing it. Julianne is cringy as hell on the mic and Derek is delusional and weird on this Harry and Rylee showmance train. Bring back Tyra [Banks] and throw Louis Van Amstel in Derek’s spot. I’ve seen enough.”
In previous episodes, Julianne has talked to dancers Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold about their rumored romance outside the ballroom.

On October 17, Julianne even called them “lovebirds” during an interview.
“She’s shipping them HARD,” one X user said.
Another tweeted: “I’m not even mad at Rylee & Harry for playing into their flirting/possible relationship bc it’s bringing in the views & votes but the fact that others like Derek & Julianne are playing along with it too not only shocks me but makes me LOL.”

This week, the DWTS theme was a tribute to the most iconic music videos to date – including Elton John’s I’m Still Standing, Britney Spears’ I’m A Slave 4 U, and Shakira’s Whenever Wherever.
Julianne decided to take part in the themed evening by sharing a get ready with me video on her TikTok account.
In the video, she filmed a before-and-after of her makeover as she emulated pop star Madonna.
At the beginning of the clip, the television star looked comfy and casual in a baggy sweater, with her hair tied up and her face free of makeup.
Soon, however, a smooth transition showed her completed look for the show.
Julianne sported a short, white-blond, curly wig, and wore bright red lipstick with a fake beauty spot above her lips.
The dancer wore a black pinstripe suit, with cutouts on the chest to clearly reveal her pink lingerie.
In the background of the video, music boasted: “This pic I took is fire, my selfie ’bout to drop. Put that money in my bag and I’ll make the world stop.”
Alongside the song choice, Julianne added in her caption: “Just like a prayer, I’ll take you there. To DWTS that is,” along with winking and praying emojis.
‘HURTS MY EYES’
However, fans shared their honest opinions on her look.
“I know it’s typical of Madonna, but for a family show, she could have not added the pink underwear over the suit,” one critic wrote.
“I can’t watch 2 hours of Julianne in that outfit. Hurts my eyes. Tuning to The Weather Channel,” another social media user slammed.
A third said: “Don’t care for Julianne’s outfit. Black jacket with peek-a-boo. Not flattering,” another critiqued.
Another agreed: “Weird a** outfit on Julianne. It’s Madonna but still.”
