ACTOR William Levy appears glassy-eyed and tense in his mugshot after he was arrested for making a scene while drunk.
The Cuban-American star, 44, was handcuffed on Monday on charges of public intoxication and trespassing, cops said.
The actor stayed in Broward County Jail over Monday night and remained behind bars as of Tuesday morning.
Levy starred on Season 14 of Dancing with the Stars in 2012 and finished in third place with his partner, Cheryl Burke.
The Latin star rose to fame with his appearance in multiple telenovelas.
He’s also starred in movies including Girls Trip and Tyler Perry’s film Addicted.
Levy shares two teens, Christopher and Kailey, with his ex-wife, Elizabeth Gutierrez.
Neither of his kids have spoken about their dad’s arrest on their social media accounts.
