Affidavit reveals Andie Rosafort accusations
WTNH shared the details of the affidavit, which is currently in the possession of The New Fairfield Police Department, which is handling the case.
The document has made several substantial claims about the conduct of Rosafort while she was employed by New Fairfield Middle School, where she no longer works.
The victim claims that Rosafort began contacting him through social media, where she allegedly sent several vulgar images and videos to the minor over a period of six months.
The report goes on to claim that Rosafort allegedly sexually assaulted the 14-year-old boy in her car, with the police claiming they found an indecent image of the pupil on her phone.
Rosafort had already been investigated
The accusations surrounding Rosafort’s behavior are believed to have initially been raised on January 17, 2023, when school staff contacted the police about concerns of “possible inappropriate contact” between her and a pupil.

Reports state that the school placed Rosafort on leave as soon as they learned of the allegations, and the lunch assistant is said to have resigned the following day.
An investigation revealed that Rosafort had been investigated for “communicating inappropriately with a minor” in late 2022, though the case found no substantial evidence.
Rosafort continued to work in the school after the investigation, though she was reminded of her duty not to reach out to pupils over social media.
Rosafort now faces multiple serious charges
Rosafort was released on bail after posting a $100,000 bond back in January, on the condition that she would not have any contact with minors that are not her children or use any form of social media.
The ex-school worker pleaded non-guilty in court on Wednesday, March 1, and is now scheduled to face her hearing on Thursday, March 23.
The charges she faces are sexual assault in the second degree, the use of a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, injury or risk of injury, or impairing the morals of a minor
