Chloe Bailey and Damson Idris’ new show Swarm just premiered and everyone is talking about that raunchy opening scene.
Swarm arrived on Amazon Prime Video on Friday (March 17) and follows an obsessed, Houston-based fan who goes to violent lengths for her favourite R&B singer.
The thriller show was created by Childish Gambino and also stars singer Billie Eilish, who plays a character called Eva.
Damson Idris and Chloe Bailey are lovers in the show and have an x-rated scene, which the 24-year-old was terrified about filming.
However, the British actor made her feel really comfortable…

Chloe Bailey was scared to film raunchy scene
“When I first read the script, I was like, ‘Oh, this is insane, this is incredible,’ and I cried, and then I realized, you gotta do that sex scene, girl,” Chloe said in an interview with Deadline.
She added that despite being “open and liberal” with her body, she was “very scared” because she hasn’t had many partners.
“I’m not like that—like that sexual and open. So I was like ahhh,” she said about the scene which occurs right at the start of episode one.
The pair are getting down and dirty in a bedroom in the extremely explicit scene, unaware that someone is watching them from the doorway.
This comes as Chloe has just announced her debut solo tour, Pieces, which begins in April in Chicago and ends in Los Angeles in May.
As well as an actress, she is a singer and songwriter who is one half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle with her sister Halle Bailey.

Damson Idris made her feel ‘really comfortable’
“Damson made it really comfortable, you know, there were limited people on set. It was a closed set,” the star continued.
She revealed they were laughing a lot and had a bouncy ball inbetween them which helped the pair “make a joke out of it” and “took the nervousness away”.
“I have to give a lot of kudos to him as a man for making me, as a woman, feel comfortable literally being raw and naked,” Chloe added.
The 31-year-old actor is best known for starring in the crime drama Snowfall and Netflix’s sci-fi action movie Outside the Wire.

Swarm is inspired by Beyonce
In the show, main character Dre, played by Dominique Fishback, is obsessed with a musician called Ni’Jah, who is inspired by Beyonce.
A disclaimer appears at the start which says: “This is not a work of fiction. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events, is intentional.”
Writer Janine Nabers told Entertainment Tonight the story is “100 percent taken from real events and real internet rumors and real other things”.
It includes recreations of “true crimes” that happened between 2016 and 2018 in the Beyonce fanbase, called the Beyhive.
However, ultimately, despite drawing parallels to real life, the show tells Dre’s story as a superfan of a Black American popstar.
