Chris Sutton has stated that Tottenham fans ‘would love’ Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp to be their next manager.
But the former Premier League striker admitted that Jurgen Klopp wouldn’t walk away from Liverpool to take the gig at Tottenham – even though the Reds are struggling this season, they did finish above the now-sacked Antonio Conte last term.
With Daniel Levy looking for a new manager after booting out the Italian during the international break, a lot of names have been linked to the vacant role.

From the obvious name of Mauricio Pochettino popping up, after he was sacked by the north London club in 2019 – it’s now been claimed that they won’t be pushing for the free agent.
To someone like Julian Nagelsmann, who was sacked by Bayern Munich recently, but now he’s being tipped to take the reigns at Chelsea after they sacked Graham Potter.
When a Spurs fan, whilst speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live on 606, put forward Klopp’s name to be his club’s next manager, it’s fair to say that Chris Sutton brushed it down.

“I think Spurs fans would love that,” said Sutton. “But I can’t see Klopp walking away from Liverpool to go to Spurs.”

TOTTENHAM HAVING LEFTOVERS
With Chelsea now looking for a new manager, Bayern Munich bringing in Thomas Tuchel and suggestions that Real Madrid will replace Carlo Ancelotti.
Not forgetting that French champions PSG are always moments away from sacking their own coach, then it might mean that Spurs will have to deal with the leftovers in the summer.
The fan base was united in wanting a man like Nagelsmann through the doors, but they might have to forget about that dream now.
