Charli, 19, was supposedly approached by the streamer at a party in September.
Travis Barker’s son and Charli’s boyfriend, Landon Barker, 20, hosted the party.
N3on apparently approached Charli while Landon had her arm around her, and asked whether the TikTok star was single.
The whole encounter was filmed by his friend and posted on YouTube.

He reached out his hand and said: “Hi nice to meet you.”
Charli shook his hand and said: “Hi nice to meet you.”
N3on then looked at the camera before asking her: “Are you single?”
Awkwardly, Charli pointed at her boyfriend who had his arm around her and said: “This is my boyfriend.”
The streamer laughed awkwardly and then said loudly: “Oh I didn’t know.”
He then ran off and said “What did I do,” before dancing.
Fans suggest this was not the first time the streamer disrespected Charli, as he made comments on his live social media shows.
N3on supposedly said prior to the event: “The plan is to f*ck Charli D’Amelio by the end of the night.”
After the event, he apparently said he wanted to: “smack her ass.”

PODCAST CONFESSIONS
Following the event, Charli appeared on a podcast to reveal all about her life and career.
Speaking to Jay Shetty, the star said she used to spend a lot of time worrying about comments but feels she had moved on from that.
Charli said: “I woke up to some crazy person talking about me in the most wildly disrespectful way I’ve really seen in a long time.”
She continued: “Me and this person were at an event together, and this person introduced themselves. I introduced myself. We tried to be nice.
“This kid was not nice to me, then went and talked very poorly on me.”
Fans believed she was referring to her encounter with N3on, although he was not explicitly mentioned.
She continued: “Landon’s like, ‘Well, let me call this kid,’ and I’m like, ‘It’s not that big of a deal. It’s not. That’s what he’s looking for'”.
“Is it taking everything in me not to respond, or not to text him? Yeah. But I know if I text him, he’s gonna post it, and that’s gonna be a thing, and he’s gonna get exactly what he wants.”
