VANDERPUMP Rules star Brittany Cartwright has changed her name.
The moniker switch came after the star’s sudden separation from her husband Jax Taylor, 44.
The Vanderpump Rules notable had listed her name as “Brittany Cartwright Cauchi” on her Instagram bio.
In the bio info, Brittany, 35, previously used Jax’s legal surname.
It now reads, “Brittany Cartwright,” with a yellow heart emoji.
“Just a Kentucky girl living in a beautiful world. Cruz’s Mommy,” the text continued.
The former couple share their two-year-old son, Cruz.
The name change came after the former husband/wife duo called it quits.
At the end February, the Bravo star revealed the separation news on her and Jax’s joint podcast, When Reality Hits.
“Many of you guys have been asking me about Jax and I and our relationship,” The 35-year-old said on the installment.
“I just think it’s important to be real and honest with you guys, because we’ve shared so much of our lives with you guys.
“Yes, marriages in general are very hard and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year, the podcast host continued.
“Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
“I’m taking one day at a time,” the hostess went on.
“I don’t know what the future holds, but right now my focus is on being the best mom to Cruz.”
