The White Lotus won the prize for Drama Series Best Ensemble at the 2023 SAG Awards. The ceremony took place at Fairmont Century Plaza on Sunday, February 26.
The season 2 cast of the HBO series appeared on stage to collect their award and F. Murray Abraham delivered the acceptance speech.
But actress Aubrey Plaza is the one who spiked interest online after some viewers said that she acted odd on the podium.

The actress stood behind White Lotus cast members when they appeared on stage to accept the award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series.
According to several videos circulating online, Jon Gries whispered something in Aubrey’s ear at one point and she looked down to fix the upper part of her cutout dress.
Some fans speculated whether her co-star warned her of a possible wardrobe malfunction that could explain the reason for Aubrey’s awkward face at this moment.
Moments later, White Lotus creator Mike White and Meghann Fahy embraced in a hug and Aubrey murmured some words, looking annoyed.

F. Murray Abraham, who portrayed Bert Di Grasso in the second season, gave the acceptance speech on behalf of the White Lotus cast.
He ended the acceptance speech by sharing a prayer to the victims in Turkey and Syria after a powerful earthquake hit both countries on February 6. Abraham also remembered those impacted by the ongoing war in Ukraine.
“This is a wonderful time, but I’d like to send a prayer out to the earthquake victims in Syria and Turkey, and a prayer for peace in Ukraine and Russia,” the actor said before shouting: “Union forever.”
Elsewhere, White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge went viral on social media after sharing a spicy note in her acceptance speech at the SAG Awards.
