Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Galatasaray’s Sacha Boey ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, no club is as interested in the 22-year-old as Mikel Arteta’s Gunners.
However, Arsenal appear to have sizeable competition for Boey’s services.
The Italian outlet claims ‘half of Europe’ wants the Frenchman’s signature.
AC Milan have been named as one of Boey’s suitors alongside Arsenal.
In terms of first-team right-backs, Arsenal currently have Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu.
The latter was first-choice last season, while White has made the spot his own since converting from centre-back.
However, Tomiyasu’s injury has left Mikel Arteta short in that position.
This is something he may look to address in the summer ahead of next season.
‘Very interesting player’
Boey has been impressive for Galatasaray since making the switch from Rennes in 2021.
‘Known for his attacking prowess and defensive skills, Boey’s dynamic playing style has garnered attention and praise,’ Daily Cannon recently wrote.

Aksam, via Sport Witness, have reported that Lyon have already seen an €8m bid rejected by the Super Lig giants.
Meanwhile, Target Scouting wrote earlier this year that the 22-year-old “is a player with the potential to go anywhere”.
They also said Boey’s “competitive attitude is impeccable” and deemed him a “very interesting player”.
Boey seems to tick a lot of boxes for Arsenal.
He’s young, very talented, has a high ceiling, and shouldn’t break the bank.
Arsenal don’t necessarily need a first-choice right-back to join.
They can get an exciting prospect who can learn from the likes of White and Tomiyasu, and grow into the role.
Obviously if either of those two leaves in the summer, then Arsenal will have a more pressing need for a first-team ready.
And Boey, with plenty of game time at Gala and Rennes, shouldn’t take too long to get up to speed in the Premier League.
