Paul Merson has said that he does not think that Tottenham Hotspur want to bring back Mauricio Pochettino as the head coach.
The former Arsenal star and Sky Sports pundit has noted in The Daily Star that Tottenham have not given the managerial role to Pochettino yet.
This, according to Merson, shows that Tottenham are not keen on bringing the 51-year-old back to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Pochettino is without a managerial role at the moment following his departure from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last season.
Antonio Conte recently parted company with Spurs as the head coach.
Cristian Stellini will be the Acting Head Coach of Tottenham for the rest of the season.
The Times have reported that Pochettino is among the managers Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is looking at.

In our view, Mauricio Pochettino could well become the new head coach of Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023.
Yes, Pochettino did not become the Spurs boss in the last few days, but it is not as simple as bringing someone in right now.
Talks have to be held, and agreement has to be reached.
While Stellini takes charge of Tottenham for the final weeks and months of the season, Tottenham could well in talks with Pochettino over a summer homecoming.
