The video was posted to the podcast’s official Instagram page on Wednesday.

In the clip, an excited TJ, 46, opened with: “Welcome everybody and it is officially underway.”

He then paused for effect and smiled at Amy, 50, as he added: “Dry January.”

Amy was then shown admitting: “I do like a challenge and this will certainly be one for me,” when discussing the topic of abstaining from alcohol for the rest of the month.

The former GMA3 host then looked nervous as she stated: “That is deeply concerning.”

In the comment section, one fan wrote: “Good for y’all!”

Another added: “I hate dry January!! Why can’t it be dry day!! Haha! Love you guys!!!”

While a third commenter remarked: “Look forward to podcast tomorrow. Good luck with dry January.”

The pair were just seen looking disheveled as they sipped cocktails on a beach vacation.

The couple jetted off to Puerto Rico together, documenting the trip for social media.

Amy and TJ posed for a series of photos together during a vacation cocktail outing.

The pair snapped pictures of their fruity drinks first before sharing pics that showed them sitting together while enjoying a little rest and relaxation.

In the photos, they laughed, sipped their drinks, and smiled at the camera.

Amy wore a blue and white striped dress while her beau rocked a tan sweater.

The trip comes after the couple celebrated the holidays.

COUPLE’S THERAPY

Recently, Amy and TJ opened up about their relationship issues that led them into couple’s therapy.

The former ABC broadcasters began dating late last year and admitted their relationship has been far from perfect.

On last Tuesday’s episode of their new podcast, Amy & TJ, the couple revealed they recently endured a big fight that resulted in them sleeping apart.

TJ explained that it happened after tension built up between the pair over minor issues, but Amy dished on the specific moment that set her off.

“For me, what sent me over the edge – and we’ve had this conversation so many times about your sleeping habits.

“And you like to stay on the couch, you like to not go to bed, you like to stay up – you started to like, make a meal at midnight, and I just was frustrated. I was like, ‘Can we please just go to bed?'” the ex-TV star recalled.

Amy further shared that she was “done” after their long day, and TJ’s behavior brought on their argument.

The duo also shared that having hiccups in their relationship is tough when they live and work together, leaving them with little space to get away.

However, Amy noted that the podcast co-hosts still have their own, separate apartments, despite recently teasing they secretly tied the knot.

“As we now relive this, we’re now acknowledging, and I think a lot of couples, a lot of individuals have all dealt with holiday stress, how it affects you and your relationships, your family, your children. We’re not at our best,” Amy added.

For the rest of the episode, listeners heard Amy and TJ speak with their therapist, Dr. Jeff Gardere, for their first couple’s therapy session after previously claiming they didn’t need counseling.

Amy and TJ have stayed hush about their relationship since rumors surfaced that they were romantically involved last November.

At the time, they were legally married to other people – Amy to her now ex-husband, Andrew Shue, 56, and TJ to his now ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, 46.

But the ex-TV hosts have been more vulnerable in recent weeks about their romance after launching their podcast.

HUSBAND AND WIFE?

Last month, TJ teased that he and Amy took the next step in their relationship and got married.

He made the comment while addressing a fan’s question about if they’d ever get matching tattoos.

“How do you know we haven’t already? We’ll leave it at that,” the father of one said after a brief pause.

“Getting a tattoo together. That’s more of a commitment than marriage,” TJ said.

Amy didn’t have much to add, but after a few awkward moments, TJ made a shocking admission.

“Should we just tell everybody? We’ve got tattoos, we’re married, and we live together,” he jokingly stated.

Amy laughed at her boyfriend’s remark, and the producer, sounding uncomfortable, moved on to the next question.
