In the post, Alabama, 18, filmed herself in bed in Los Angeles.
The teen wore black silk pajamas, and covered her hair in a bonnet as she rested under the covers.
As she filmed, Alabama moved to wipe a tear from her face, and stared gloomily into the camera.
Kourtney Kardashian’s stepdaughter added a heartbreaking song to the video, kicking off with the lyrics, “Nobody understands my pain, and I’ve been going through sh*t by myself.”

“That derealization a mf,” she wrote on the screen.
“Depersonalization-derealization disorder occurs when you always or often feel that you’re seeing yourself from outside your body or you sense that things around you are not real — or both.
“Feelings of depersonalization and derealization can be very disturbing. You may feel like you’re living in a dream,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
The clinic adds, “Depersonalization-derealization disorder can be serious and may get in the way of your relationships and work. It also can disrupt other daily activities.”
‘HOPE YOU HEAL’
In her comment section, plenty of Alabama’s fans shared their own experiences with the mental health condition and shared their wishes for her to recover.
“Dat dissociation shi change you istg,” shared one of her social media followers.
Alabama earnestly replied, “I swear to god I haven’t been the same it’s like a fight with your own head.”
The celebrity daughter also thanked a fan who wrote, “Hope you heal from things you don’t talk about, we love you bama.”
Over on Reddit, one fan of the Kardashians said, “So sad. She’s just a baby.”
“This baby girl needs parents that care and actually parent not wanna just be her friend,” judged a second.
MOM AND DAD
The fan’s comment about Alabama’s parents comes after Travis, 47, and Shanna Moakler, 48 were slammed by fans for their parenting of Alabama.
Last week, Alabama liked a post on Instagram about bad moms, seeming to slam Shanna’s impact on her life.
“Deadbeat mothers exist. I’m tired of y’all acting like it’s always the dads,” the damning post read.
Travis revealed that Alabama and Shanna were estranged back in November 2022.
At the time, Shanna addressed the situation on Instagram.
In November, a fan confronted Shanna and asked why Alabama wasn’t following her on Instagram.
Shanna sassily responded, “Apparently, I’m a raging a**hole. That’s the word on the street. Lots of laughs.”
