American actor Ethan Cutkosky has fallen victim to a cruel internet hoax in 2023 after several false reports claimed that he is dead.
The fake news reports about the 23-year-old star Shameless surfaced on the internet on Thursday, leaving many of his fans concerned about his well-being.
Ethan is not dead, he was recently spotted with fans in great spirits and also shared new posts on his Instagram account.

A cruel death hoax has gone viral on the internet involving American actor Ethan Cutkosky.
The confusion started after reports with the headline ‘Ethan Cutkovsky death and obituary’ emerged on the internet and on several social media platforms like Facebook.
The false rumors spread further and other sites followed in with the question ‘is Ethan Cutkovsky dead’, leaving his fans puzzled and worried.
A number of actors and musicians have fallen victim to fake reports, with a recent one claiming Lionel Messi was dead after being involved in a car accident.
Ethan is a notable face from the small screen, best known for his role as Carl Gallagher on the Showtime series Shameless, and Barto in The Unborn.
The actor is alive and well
To prove that the actor is alive and well, Ethan was spotted with two fans while out and about in a recent picture uploaded on Twitter.
Moreover, he shared a selfie of himself in an Instagram Story on Thursday, March 23.

The American star has started posting more regularly on his Instagram Feed and you’ll most often see him share selfies and snaps from photoshoots.
Ethan is on the platform @ekat19 where has gained 3.2 million followers.
What is his next project?
Ethan is set to portray the leading character Otis in a new action and comedy film titled Going Places.
The movie’s synopsis on IMDB reads: “After covering up a hit and run, three high school graduates face the true test of their friendship when they become entangled in a deadly crime.”
Other names attached to the project are Chloe East, Alysia Reiner, Miranda Rae Mayo, Mimi Kennedy, and Spence Moore II.
