Jeff Stelling has lauded Bukayo Saka who is having a ‘fantastic’ season for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and how they are set to offer their star boy a new bumper contract.
The Sky presenter added ‘we are led to believe’ that Bukayo Saka is set to be offered a potential ‘£300k-a-week contract’ by the Premier League leaders.
Only one man has hit double figures in goals and assists in the Premier League this season – and he’s a 21-year-old Hale-End academy product.
Whether Saka is in the colours of Arsenal or England, he is still cooking up his magic, including his stunning performance as Gareth Southgate’s side beat Ukraine in their Euro 2024 qualifier during the international break.
These performances aren’t going under the radar, but getting recognised by many, far and wide, including Leicester City star, James Maddison.
But with that noise, those in the Emirates boardroom are marking sure to tie down their star player to a new deal, which Jeff Stelling explained, as he told Sky Sports News (01/04/23 at 2:50 pm).

“Bukayo Saka has had a fantastic season and a fantastic few weeks as well,” said Stelling. “He is set for a £300k-a-week deal, we are led to believe. Are Arsenal doing the right thing? It’s a lot of money.”
