A 16 & Pregnant star has been arrested for a fourth time after allegedly giving a man drugs that he later overdosed on.
Whitney Purvis is accused of doling out a fatal dose of the so-called zombie drug tranq.
She was taken in by sheriff’s deputies in Floyd County, Georgia, which is about an hour and a half outside Atlanta, on Monday, officials confirmed to The U.S. Sun.
The victim has been identified as a man named John Mark Harris.
Cops said they traced Harris’ fatal drug batch back to the former reality TV star.
Harris overdosed on the street drug known as tranq, a combination of fentanyl and the animal tranquilizer xylazine, which has seen a concerning rise in popularity in recent years.
Purvis has been hit with an involuntary manslaughter charge and two other drug charges.
This is the fourth time that the disgraced star has been arrested since she first hit the screens.
In 2012, she was busted for allegedly shoplifting a pregnancy test at Walmart, and later that same year she was accused of smashing computer with her baby daddy.
One year ago, Purvis was arrested and accused of failing to pay child support.
SON’S TRAGIC DEATH
Purvis’ arrest comes just weeks after her teen son Weston suddenly died on June 2.
The ex-MTV star mourned the loss of her child on social media and said that she would love him forever.
Weeks later in a searing Facebook post, Purvis claimed that she was locked out of Weston’s funeral battle.
She said that Weston’s dad and his wife were behind the drama and accused the of keeping her out of her son’s life.
But in an exclusive conversation with The U.S. Sun, Weston’s stepmother Amy Gosa claimed that Purvis hadn’t spoken to her son in six years.
She claimed that Purvis showed up hours late for Weston’s funeral despite being reminded multiple times when it started.
Gosa also claimed that Purvis had the right to have supervised visits with her son, but never actually arranged them with the center.
“They eventually tried contacting us to tell her they’ve been trying to contact her, but she wouldn’t answer their calls,” Gosa said.
The stepmom said that Purvis “won’t let us grieve” because of her rage-inducing allegations.
“It’s painful enough as it is, we lost a piece of our family, our daily life and she just won’t stop. It’s hurtful,” she said.
“We tried our best to have her there, we even got her an urn, and she turns around and blames us for her being late to her son’s funeral.”
