She wrote: “I’ve been suffering from a shoulder injury now since 2016 and it’s got worse and worse.
“Had sports massages, acupuncture, I’ve had scans and X-rays and was diagnosed with a problem but my only options were physio, steroid injections and pain killers.
“And even the steroid injections won’t stop the ongoing problem apparently.
“The pain literally keeps me awake all night sometimes. Can anybody at all with a similar problem please recommend anything, literally any help would be massively appreciated.”

Since impressing X Factor judges Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow, Tulisa and Kelly Rowland in 2011, Amelia has had a varied media career.
Her third place finish on the show led to a £500k recording deal with Sony, which spawned three singles including the number two hit You Bring Me Joy.
The theatre stage then came calling with Amelia bagging the Narrator role in the UK tour of Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
In 2015, Amelia played Whatsername, the only lead female in the UK production of Green Day musical, American Idiot.
Eventually the musical found a place in London’s West End and featured EastEnders star Aaron Sidwell and singer Newton Faulkner as Amelia’s co-stars.
Two years later Amelia made a successful return to reality TV, finishing as runner-up on Celebrity Big Brother to winner Sarah Harding.
In a surprise to some, she then joined the cast of Geordie Shore and became embroiled in a feud with Chloe Ferry.
More recently she hosted the BBC Sounds podcast series The Talent Factory during which she reflected on her time on the X factor.
