Is Sofia Coppola married?

Sofia has been married for nearly 12 years but tends to keep her relationship private.

The 51-year-old Oscar-winning filmmaker and the 46-year-old French musician, Thomas Mars, have been married since August 2011.

Thomas is the frontman of the Grammy-winning band Phoenix.

One of the band’s songs was included on the soundtrack of Sofia‘s 2003 movie Lost in Translation.

Why did Romy Coppola go viral?

On March 21, Romy posted a TikTok video revealing that she was grounded for attempting to rent a helicopter using her dad’s credit card.

Her original TikTok post has since been removed from her account, but Twitter user @savbrads re-posted it, where it quickly drew tens of thousands of reactions.

In the video, she says:“Make vodka sauce pasta with me because I’m grounded because I tried to charter a helicopter from New York to Maryland on my dad’s credit card because I wanted to have dinner with my camp friend,”

When asked why she chose to upload the video on TikTok, Romy said “since I’m already grounded because my parents’ biggest rule is I’m not allowed to have any public social media accounts.

“They don’t want me to be a nepotism kid, but TikTok is not gonna make me famous, so it doesn’t really matter.”

The 16-year-old then introduced Ari, her babysitter’s boyfriend, whom she described to as her “replacement parents” because “my parents are never home”.
