The Game of Thrones star appeared in an LA court on Monday, October 2 after allegedly having sexually explicit conversations with a minor online.
It follows his arrest in April last year when cops showed up at his home with a search warrant.
Joseph was previously charged with “contact with a minor for sexual offence” and felony possession of an assault weapon.
But he denied the allegations in a social media post around the time of his arrest.
He has remained free on bail since the arrest but was banned from unsupervised time with minors, possessing pornography and using social media except for work purposes.
Joseph’s hearing will reconvene in December to allow prosecutors more time for “additional discovery”.
