MUSICIAN Karl Wallinger has died at the age of 66, leaving behind his wife Suzie Zamit and their two children.
The late star was known for being a member of The Waterboys, but he was also dad to Nancy Zamit and Louis Wallinger.

Nancy Zamit is an actress and entertainer, best known for her stage and TV work.
She is co-founder of the comedy troupe, the Mischief Theatre.
Together the group have been very successful with their the BBC television series The Goes Wrong Show.
Speaking about her role in the Mischief Theatre, Nancy told the website Why Now: “If people have a script, I’m the person who can take the script to the show, and develop it in a way that it’ll be shit hot by the end of it!”
“We’re not precious with each other, it’s very open. It’s quite hard to come into because we’re so comfortable with each other and analyse each other.
“But I think it’s the reason our shows end up being so universal, because there are so many voices that are listened to”.

He is also survived by his sculptor wife Suzie, who is an artist and sculptor has been a member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors since 1997.

Late musician Karl’s career began as he played with numerous bands while growing up in Wales.
He joined The Waterboys in 1983 as an instrumentalist on their first three albums.
The Welsh-born frontman then formed World Party in 1986, shortly after his departure from The Waterboys.
Karl also served as the musical director for the 1994 Ben Stiller-directed film Reality Bites, starring Ethan Hawke and Winona Ryder.
He contributed to the Clueless soundtrack producing All The Young Dudes written by David Bowie a year later.
