Wendy Williams ‘better than ever’ as she celebrates her birthday at Delmonico’s without her motorized scooter

Wendy Williams got a head start celebrating her birthday — and she appeared to be “better than ever,” a source told Page Six, as she stepped into the legendary Delmonico’s without her motorized scooter.

The former daytime talk show host turned 61 on Friday and she fêted the occasion with an early dinner celebration at the 200-year-old Downtown eatery on Thursday.

Spies told us Williams was beaming and sans scooter, which she’s relied on for getting around amid her highly publicized health challenges in recent years.

“She was walking fine, with a huge Chanel bag,” a spy told Page Six.

Two of Williams’ attorneys accompanied her to dinner, where she reunited with her former “Wendy Williams Show” husband-and-wife producers, Suzanne Bass and Brendan Higgins.

Williams has been under a court-ordered guardianship since 2022. She’s currently living at the Coterie in Hudson Yards, a luxe assisted living facility, which she often refers to as a “luxury prison.”

She’s been trying to get released from the order, and our source overheard her saying that she’s confident her lawyers are going to get her out of it.

And she can hardly wait.

In fact, “she was talking about how she’s ready to travel once she gets out,” the source said.

“Everyone seemed happy to see her and she looked amazing,” they added.

The host came ready to chow down, ordering ordering seafood towers, caviar, Caesar salad and filet mignon, and the restaurant’s partner, Max Tucci, served her a huge baked Alaska for her birthday cake.

“She got emotional when she blew out her candles,” our insider said.

Designer Zang Toi was dining nearby and popped over to wish her a happy birthday as he exited.
