In Love Island All Stars’ First look teaser for tonight’s episode, Jake can be seen calling the 2024 line-up over.
Looking clearly emotional, he says: “Everyone can we go to the fire pit for a minute.
“I was here to find love and there is no one here I have that connection with. I just want to let you all know I am going tonight.”
The camera then pans to Liberty – who looks hugely upset.
Fan-favourite Georgia Harrison then says: “We all support you – we love you!”
Fans are left on tenterhooks as Jake pulls Liberty for a final chat.
Last night, Love Island viewers were convinced Jake had quit because Liberty exposed his foot fetish.
Perhaps feeling some guilt, Liberty will be seen in tears at his premature exit from the South Africa compound.
Earlier, we reported how Jake will open up on quitting in a one-on-one interview with show host Maya Jama.
Shortly after Jake quit a source told The Sun: “Jake was really shocked to see Liberty in the villa – they had no idea the other person would be there.
“It was clear from the start they wouldn’t get back together, then none of the girls wanted to step forward for him.
“Jake had a nice three days in the villa and had a very emotional chat to Maya Jama.
“Jake couldn’t stay in the villa so he quit the show – it’s not his time and it’s not the right time to find love.”
Jake and Liberty met during series seven of the dating show, but their romance came crashing down just days before the final.
After watching a video which saw him confessing he didn’t want to “rip Liberty’s clothes off” the Nando’s waitress gave him short shrift.
Liberty then tearfully split with her man and gave him his bracelet back as she confessed she didn’t think he loved her.
Their relationship also sparked a slew of complaints to Ofcom after Liberty’s co-star Faye Winter rowed with Jake.
Fans had previously suggested their reunion would spark fireworks – and they clearly haven’t been disappointed.
