WITH perfect skin and a wrinkle-free forehead, Victoria Beckham has been channelling her inner Benjamin Button for years.
But now the secret to the former Spice Girls star’s perfect complexion can be revealed — and you’d need a high pain threshold if you wanted to follow suit.

I’ve learned Posh has been forking out £700 a time for Morpheus8, known as the world’s most painful, non-invasive cosmetic procedure as it involves shoving 24 needles into your face.
A source said: “Victoria loves her beauty treatments and is willing to try out new techniques when it comes to keeping her skin looking so good.
“She has one Morpheus8 treatment every six months.
“It is not for the faint- hearted and she has anaesthetic numbing cream applied to her skin 90 minutes before her treatment, which sees 24 4mm needles inserted into her face.

“A radio frequency is then transmitted through the needles, which goes through to the tissue underneath her skin.
“It is painful, but Victoria swears by it for keeping her skin looking so good.”
I’ve had a chat with a couple of people who’ve had the treatment and many patients have to quit mid-session as it proved so excruciating.
And that doesn’t take into account the minimum two days’ recovery time to allow bruising to go down.
I’ll stick to my Nivea Protect & Care Face Cream, thanks.
This isn’t the first time Posh has tried out a wacky beauty treatment.
In 2019, she paid £1,200 for a face cream made with her blood.
She has also had a £1,700 “foetus facial”, which got its name from how young users look after having it.
Whatever happened to growing old gracefully?
RITA READY FOR LONDON PRIDE
I CAN reveal Rita Ora is to be the headliner for Pride in London.
The Praising You singer has signed on to top the bill in Trafalgar Square on July 1.

10
A source said: “Rita is gearing up to put on a massive show.
“Pride is an event really close to Rita’s heart and when she was asked to headline she jumped at the chance.
“Rita is going all out and will be performing some of her old hits like Hot Right Now and I Will Never Let You Down along with her new single Praising You.”
Rita, who said in 2018 she had had “romantic relationships with women and men throughout my life”, will be performing alongside artists including Adam Lambert, Idina Menzel and Todrick Hall, with stages also set up in Leicester Square and Dean Street in the capital.
While she’s in town, Rita has also agreed to take part in Celebrity Gogglebox.
The Channel 4 show raises money for Stand Up 2 Cancer.
Tom Grennan has signed up too and will appear with his dad, and also in the show – which starts at 10pm tonight on Channel 4 – are Tulisa Contostavlos and my pal Roman Kemp.
Say what you want about Rita, but she certainly keeps her career varied.
And with her third album You & I out next month, she is not taking a second to rest.
It will be her first album since 2018’s Phoenix, which spawned hits including Anywhere, For You and Your Song.
On the upcoming record, Rita – who has been filming in Sydney for several weeks as a coach for The Voice Australia, said: “This album really means a lot to me.
“It’s like my diary of the last few years, it’s my sound and it just feels so true to me and who I am today.”
Tom’s a fail with flirting
TOM HOLLAND has told how starring as lovers in Spider-Man with Zendaya made them fall for each other.
They first played opposite each other in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming and have been an item ever since.

10
Asked whether he has “rizz”, Gen Z slang for flirting skills, Tom said: “I have no rizz whatsoever.
“I need you to fall in love with me, really, for it to work.
“So, long game. Probably making a movie with each other – it definitely helps when the characters are falling in love with one another, you can sort of blur the lines a little bit.
“That’s kind of where my rizz is at. And, you know, I’m locked up. I’m happy and in love so I’ve got no need for rizz.”
He has been in New York for the premiere of his Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room but the Euphoria actress didn’t join him.
Tom added: “We’re two very busy people, and we’re on the opposite sides of the world at this present time, so she couldn’t come.
“We’ve been to events together before.”
JADE’S ’NUTS ABOUT JORDAN
JADE THIRLWALL and her fella Jordan Stephens were bounty have a great time at her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s wedding.
Maybe Little Mix star Jade will be next after cosying up to the Rizzle Kicks singer as he sipped from a coconut bearing the bride’s initials.

She shared the snap of them at this month’s nuptials on Instagram, ahead of the release of Leigh-Anne’s debut solo single, Don’t Say Love, today.
Jade, who was in Jamaica to witness Leigh-Anne get hitched to footballer Andre Gray, was one of the first to hear the tune at the beginning of May.

During her first solo TV interview, on The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, which airs at 11.05pm tonight, Leigh-Anne — right in a promo pic for her track — says: “Jade heard it on my hen do.
“But I was petrified to play it to them. So scared.”
She admitted it’s weird releasing music without the band, including Perrie Edwards, adding: “I miss them every day.
“We’ve been together 11 years. We need to step out on our own and show what we can do.”
Will in a spin over 1st single
WILL MANNING is to become a proper DJ on Capital radio after seven years as a host.
The popular presenter has landed a deal with RCA Records to release his own music and has been getting advice from his pop star pal Mimi Webb about making it.

10
Asked during an exclusive chat how long it has been in the works, Will – who hosts Capital’s drivetime show – said: “Behind the scenes for, like, two years.
“Now we’re ready and the first single is coming out in about four weeks. It’s called Don’t.
“It’s really exciting and I think it’s going to be a lot of people’s summer banger. It’s going to be a blare-it-out-of-your-windows one.”
On Mimi, he continued: “She’s been amazing. She’s my go-to.
“She’s one of my closest friends and like a sister.
“When I first signed – we are labelmates now – she took me out for dinner and practically held my hand to explain how everything works behind the scenes.”
And questioned on whether they might one day collaborate, Will added: “I don’t really want to push it.
“When you work with family it can go a bit weird.
“So not now, but maybe in a few years.”
Kylie hits the road
IT looks like Kylie Minogue could finally be gearing up the tour bus again next year.
It will be the first time the Aussie singer has toured the UK since 2019.
Asked about the prospect during an interview on Heart Breakfast yesterday, the Padam Padam hitmaker said: “I didn’t get to tour the last album Disco so it’s so frustrating.
“So yeah, we’re looking into dates, currently, so hopefully, hopefully, I can make that happen.”
Asked about the secret to her longevity, she said: “Tenacity? I don’t know. I started, you know, for ever ago, 35 years ago.
“I was supposed to be a one hit wonder, if that.”
PINK’S BEST BAR NAAN
I ALREADY thought Pink was brave for pulling off death-defying acrobatic stunts during her UK stadium tour.
Now I’m even more impressed, because she did them after eating a spicy curry when she performed at Birmingham’s Villa Park on Tuesday.

10
She stopped by Indian restaurant Asha’s, which has been visited by Tom Cruise and Ed Sheeran, and told staff it was the “best Indian food I’ve had in my life”.
The restaurant owners said: “She was sweet and said a lot of people told her to eat here when she came to Birmingham.”
Pink later told fans from the stage: “If I do random things, it’s because of the naan.”
TOM GRENNAN leads the new releases today with brilliant album What Ifs & Maybes.
He will face competition in the charts though, as Damian Lewis has dropped his debut album Mission Creep and Texas have put out a greatest hits collection that includes Inner Smile, Say What You Want and I Don’t Want A Lover on The Very Best Of 1989 – 2023.

10
Doja Cat has returned with the track Attention, which is the first from her as-yet untitled fourth album.
BACK FOR GOOD FILM
TAKE THAT will Never Forget last night as they came together for the premiere of their movie musical Greatest Days.
Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald performed the song it’s named after, Greatest Day, at the star-studded event in London’s Leicester Square.

10
The movie, which features new versions of their biggest hits, is about a group of school pals who meet up years later to go to the reunion of their favourite childhood boyband.
Comedian Aisling Bea and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Jayde Adams are in the cast, while Gary, Mark and Howard also make cameos.
Mark said to the cast: “You have done an amazing job. We are so honoured you are part of this with us and we’re so proud to be part of the story you’re telling.
“They’ve replaced us with a younger, better version.”
Thousands of fans gathered to support the chart-topping group, along with celebrity fans including Vogue Williams, Katherine Ryan and Mel Giedroyc, whose sister Coky directed the movie.
In a tongue-in-cheek joke to the fans before they performed the 1995 hit Back For Good during the three-song set, which also included Rule The World, Gary said: “Is anyone in here old enough to remember the Nineties? Only a few.”
This movie is bound to win their music some young admirers, too.
PHOEBE SIGNALS INDY END
PHOEBE Waller-Bridge thinks the Indiana Jones franchise should end after her co-star Harrison Ford ruled out a return.
He had reprised his role as the title character in fifth movie Dial Of Destiny, which is out in a fortnight, but said it will be his final stint as the archaeologist.
Asked at the LA premiere if the films could be revived without him, Phoebe – his character’s goddaughter Helena Shaw in the new movie – said: “I don’t think it should be.
“He is Indiana Jones and Indiana Jones is him.

“Whatever magic chemistry happened between that script and Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford is a perfect moment in cinematic history.”
Harrison first played the role 42 years ago in Raiders Of The Lost Ark. Phoebe added: “It was wonderful to be by Harrison’s side prodding him and poking him and being annoying as Helena all the way through the movie. It was incredible.”
