Ashanti will be performing alongside a full live band on the 23rd of April.
Speaking about the solo show, Ashanti said: “I am so excited to announce ‘An Evening With Ashanti’ – my headline show at Indigo at the O2 right after I finish the tour with Sean Paul.
“It will mean so much to give my London fans my undivided attention for one night. I can’t wait!”
Her solo concert will take place when the singer completes her Bring It tour alongside Sean Paul, which is set to kick off next week.
The legendary duo will be performing across 13 cities up and down the UK and Ireland next year.
The tour kicks off in Dublin and endis in Bournemouth, with special guest Fat Joe joining them for their London show.
Ashanti is a singer, songwriter and actress with 30 million records sold, across six studio albums.
As a teenager she signed to Def Jam and was featured on Fat Joe’s What’s Luv and Ja Rule’s Always on Time – two of the biggest hits of 2002.
The singer then released her debut album, which went triple platinum with her hit No.1 single Foolish.
Ashanti is currently married to R&B star Nelly with the couple welcoming their baby boy last July.
Previously speaking to The Sun the singer opened up about motherhood, she said: “Sometimes it gets a little bit overwhelming just because I’m so infatuated with my baby.
“I would prefer to just spend every day, all day with him.
“So sometimes when I have to leave and come back or if I’m doing Zoom calls, I’d rather be in there hanging out.
She continued: “You definitely have to balance it out because it’s important to remain who you are and keep your individuality, that’s some advice that I had heard and taken from a few moms.
“Don’t get lost too much in your child or your husband for that matter.
“But, you still have to maintain and keep alive who you are and continue to build and prosper,” she added.
General sale tickets go live Tuesday 1st April at AXS & Ticketmaster
