Swift made accusations regarding Swift’s sex life that resulted in the pop sensation taking legal action. Now, a source says Travis Kelce wants to have a talk with West following the “defamatory” rant. Here’s what the insider said regarding Kelce’s feelings.

Taylor Swift isn’t happy with Kanye “Ye” West’s claims about her sex life. West took to social media to rant about how Swift allegedly had sexual intercourse with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles. Swift has since taken legal action and has issued a cease and desist to stop West from posting more. If West persists, Swift could pursue a defamation lawsuit.
“This time he has gone too far,” a source told DailyMail.com. “His claims are not just false, they are defamatory. This isn’t just [West] gossiping. This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her, and intending to cause harm to her and to her career.”
The source noted that Kelce is incredibly upset over the situation and wants to confront West “man to man” after West’s allegations. Kelce also knows that giving a public response to West’s behavior will “give more attention to the lies.”
“Taylor’s clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her,” the source noted. “There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face.”
The publication noted that sources close to Styles and Bieber confirm that the actor and singer are also disgusted by the claims. “Harry does not have any contact with Taylor and has not for many years,” another source explained, noting that Styles will “gladly” confirm that West is lying.
An insider close to Bieber also said West’s words are “100% untrue.”
Swift and West have had an ongoing feud since 2009 when West ran on stage during Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video at the MTV Video Music Awards. Their feud intensified in 2016, when West rapped, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that b**** famous,” in his song, “Famous.” West’s then-wife, Kim Kardashian, posted a video that appeared to show Swift talking positively about the lyrics over a phone call with West. Swift denied the video’s credibility.

Travis Kelce wants to do everything in his power to protect Taylor Swift from Kanye “Ye” West’s slander and libel. And it seems he’s not the only one. In August 2024, Kelce’s father, Ed, reposted an article from DailyMail.com that noted how West included lyrics about the famous couple in his song, “Lifestyle (Demo).”
“I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” West raps.
“Mental illness on full display,” Kelce’s father posted along with the article, according to TMZ.

Travis Kelce is protective of Taylor Swift. A source told DailyMail.com that Swift’s family feels “relieved” with Kelce around the pop star “because he makes her security personnel job much easier.”
“Travis is a big dude, and no one would mess with him because, when it comes to Taylor, he would not play if someone tried to come near her,” they continued. “She has a built-in bodyguard at all times.”
The source noted that Kelce “vowed to keep her safe” through all circumstances — and he’ll surely protect her from Kanye “Ye” West. “No one will try to come close to her when she is holding hands with her powerhouse boyfriend,” the insider claimed.
Kelce talked about his protective nature on his podcast, New Heights. “I feel like whenever I’m on a date, I’m always having the sense that I’m a man in the situation,” he said. “I’m protective, yeah, for sure. You always have to have that feeling or self-awareness, I guess.”
