Tori Spelling had use of Josh Flagg’s Bel-Air mansion before motel, RV

Tori Spelling had use of a Bel-Air mansion before the latest twists in her housing saga, Page Six has learned, but she allegedly chose to leave.

Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” realtor, Josh Flagg, allowed Spelling and her children to call his Bel-Air, Calif., mansion home before her move to a $100 per-night motel and an RV, a source close to the situation says.

Flagg offered the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star his luxe manse after she evacuated an allegedly mold-infested rental, we’re told.

At the time, “she seemed surprisingly in good spirits,” despite having recently announced her split from her husband Dean McDermott.

“She was in very happy spirits. [Josh] offered his home to her [temporarily] while he was traveling in Europe.”

However, the source alleged that Spelling only “stayed for six days, and then went to the motel before he returned.” (We’re told Flagg was expected home within two weeks of his offer).

The source even called “bulls–t” on her current situation because, “she had a house manager, housekeeper and chef at her disposal, and then left [Flagg’s home]. No one heard from her. It feels like it’s all a stunt,” they said.

Flagg has not commented, but sources have described his relationship with Spelling, 50, as, “like brother and sister.”

The Bravo star played a significant part in helping her repair her estranged relationship with her mom Candy Spelling, whom sources said is “like a second mom to Josh.”

Insiders previously told us Flagg and Candy has been trying to get Tori to “look at houses for the last two months.” Candy was even going to help pay for a house, we’re told.

“No one knows why she went to a [motel], and why she’s in an RV. It makes no sense. He sends her [listings] every day,” one insider said.

In the meantime, friends and family remain perplexed by Tori’s housing moves.

“All they want to do is show her houses. They’ve pushed and pushed, and pushed. She’s electing to do these crazy stupid stunts,” the first source said.

A rep for Tori did not get back to us.

Tori was recently seen using a communal campground bathroom to freshen up while living out of the RV in California with her kids amid her separation from estranged husband McDermott.

Page Six has previously reported that Spelling and her children — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6 — were living out of the motor home after she and her brood were spotted at the Ventura County, Calif., camping site.

They were previously living in a nearby $100-a-night motel after their rental was allegedly infested with mold that was said to have plagued the family with serious health issues for three years.
