Tom Sandoval escorted his affair partner, Raquel Leviss, to a Los Angeles airport on Sunday, just a day shy of Scandoval’s one-month anniversary.
As seen in photos exclusively obtained by Page Six, Sandoval, 40, stopped by Leviss’ North Hollywood, Calif., apartment to help the 28-year-old pack two very large suitcases and a carry-on bag in his car.
He then drove her to the airport, where she took off for an unknown destination.
Leviss wore a plaid button-down, a tank top and wide-legged jeans, while Sandoval cut an equally casual figure in a striped sweater and boot-cut jeans.
After dropping the former pageant queen off, the Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras frontman was seen returning to his $2 million home in LA’s Valley Village enclave, where he continues to live with now-ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix.
Leviss’ trip to the airport comes just days after she was seen at Sandoval and Madix’s shared home while the latter “Vanderpump Rules” star, 37, was out of town to film a new Lifetime movie, “Buying Back My Daughter.”

Despite initial speculation that Leviss spent the night at her lover’s place, which he and Madix purchased together in 2019, a rep for Sandoval told us, “Raquel certainly did not sleep over.”
The rep continued, “She stopped by to Tom’s house on the way to her interview for [‘Vanderpump Rules’] at Evolution [Studios] on Wednesday afternoon.”
Sandoval and Leviss’ cheating scandal came to light on March 3, two days after Madix found a sexually explicit video of Leviss on the musician’s phone.

The shocking discovery came the same night Madix cheered Sandoval on during a performance by his cover band at TomTom Restaurant and Bar in West Hollywood.
It wasn’t long before Madix — and the world — found out that Sandoval and Leviss had been having a secret tryst since at least July 2022. Madix swiftly dumped Sandoval after nearly a decade together.
When approached by a paparazzo last month, Sandoval admitted that he regrets his infidelity.
“Hindsight’s always 20/20, man. It’s like when you look back at a situation, you think of all the things [you] should’ve, would’ve, could’ve done to make it better,” he said.
“Yes, I could’ve handled things way better. Of course.”
Days prior, Leviss acknowledged the emotional pain she and Sandoval have inflicted on others.
“I know a lot of people are angry,” she said during a four-minute chat with a paparazzo outside a nail salon.
“So I think [we’re] just getting through these next few steps and seeing where it goes.”
Though they have yet to publicly define their relationship status, a source told Page Six last week that Sandoval “wants to make it work” with Leviss.
“Tom has been very emotional after the [‘Vanderpump Rules’] reunion,” the insider said. “He wants to make it work with Raquel. But he knows the odds are stacked against them as a couple.”
Meanwhile, Madix remains uninterested in any future developments between the two.
“At this point,” she recently told a paparazzo, “I don’t care about anything that either of them does.”
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
