The Mirror reports that the trio’s debut product will be a unisex fragrance before moving into clothing and accessories.
Giovanni said of the project: “Welcome to my exciting new venture, creating products to inspire and bring joy to life.”
Two weeks ago, Giovanni shared a picture of himself signing a contract at the five-star Hotel Zabeel Saray Dubai-Jumeirah Palm Island.
Wearing a Gucci T-shirt, he put pen to paper on a desk beside a golden curtain.

He wrote: “Can’t wait to share with you all what I have been up to.
“One of my dream projects finally is coming to life! Let’s play the game… can you guess what it is ?
“Thank u @jumeirahzs for having me and of course thank you to @trendingtravel for organising this exciting and fun trip!”
The business move won’t interrupt his Strictly plans, with Giovanni already confirmed on the roster for this year’s series.
In April, the BBC announced the presenters, judges and professional dancers that will be taking part in Strictly this Autumn.
Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano Di Prima, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer and Katya Jones are amongst those returning.
Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Giovanni, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vita Coppola will also be back for another series.
But one person who doesn’t seem to be coming back is Cameron Lombard, 22.
