STEPHEN Bear’s girlfriend Jessica Smith has revealed she’s planning a series of cosmetic surgeries before her shamed partner is released from jail.
The OnlyFans user, 24, shared a meme ‘showing Kylie Jenner contemplating procedures’ during the middle of the night and admitted that’s what she does.

She then wrote: “I want another boob job, nose revision and buccal fat removal for my hamster cheeks. BRB booking a flight.”
Buccal fat removal results in a slimmer face is deemed a safe procedure if carried out by a professional, however, if not done properly it can lead to a gaunt appearance.
Back in 2021, Jessica said she was earning the equivalent of an annual salary in a day thanks to her raunchy videos with Bear.
She boasted about using the funds to splash out on plastic surgery, including a boob and nose job.
This week, Jessica moaned about the jail rules in place for her visits to Bear, such as a strict dress code and kissing ban.
She took to social media to rant after recently joking that she’d signed up to be a prison cleaner to get close to her jailed beau.

Reality star Stephen, 32, was jailed after he filmed consensual sex on CCTV with ex Georgia Harrison, then made at least £40,000 on OnlyFans from uploading the clip.
Bear, who faced a maximum two year sentence, was jailed for 21 months at Chelmsford Crown Court earlier this year.
His girlfriend has since been airing her thoughts on TikTok and shared a getting ready with me video ahead of seeing Stephen.
She held up a new jumpsuit and said: “As you guys probably know, there’s so many things you can’t wear on a prison visit.
“Basically my whole wardrobe. So I end up ordering something new every time.”
Jessica decided to wear a black jumpsuit which she made sure to zip right to the top to avoid showing too much skin.
Ahead of the visit, Jessica told her TikTok fans that she couldn’t wait to see Stephen’s “gorgeous face and give it a kiss.”
But she then added: “Well, a kiss on the cheek, you’re not actually allowed to kiss properly in there.
“So I’m not going to get a proper kiss for another nine months, but it’s fine.”
