STEPHEN Bear’s ex-fiance Jessica Smith has revealed she is in labour ahead of welcoming her first child.
The OnlyFans star looked very glam as she shared a snap from her hospital bed before the arrival of her little one.

Looking like she was ready for a night out, Jessica opted to give birth with a full face of very heavy make-up.
The mum-to-be flashed her full lips as she pouted down the lens of the camera in her final moments without a child.
Jessica revealed in the picture’s caption that she opted to go full glam once having her epidural for the birth.
The adult entertainer, who was engaged to vile Stephen Bear during his jail term for releasing revenge porn of Love Island ex Georgia Harrison, wrote: “When the epidural hits so you do a full beat before baby girl arrives.”

Busty model Jess, 24, revealed she was pregnant with her first baby in September last year.
At the time, she told fans that her her “heart is so full” after discovering the news.
The father of Jessica’s baby is rapper Young LS.
The rapper, who has close to 160k followers on TikTok, is famed for not showing his face, always keeping it covered with a mask and cap.
Young LS posted a video of himself set to one of his songs explaining that he was expecting a “mini me.”
He also wrote: “POV: you wrap about blondes and now a blonde is carrying your [baby].”

While Jessica didn’t feature in the video, she then posted one with the pair of them dancing together to the same song, writing “he only needs the one girl now” in the caption.
Jessica achieved notoriety as a result of her high-profile relationship with former reality star Stephen Bear.
The pair got together around May 2021.
Jessica stood by the disgraced star during his prison term.

Bear was jailed for 21 months after being found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films.
He was also slapped with a five year restraining order and banned from contacting Love Island’s Georgia Harrison after recording a secret sex tape of her.
Despite initially visiting him in prison, Jessica ended the relationship with Bear Six months later, dumping him during a prison phone call.
She is said to have blocked his number and severed all ties with him.
Bear was released from prison in January 2024 after serving half of his sentence.
