SHAKIRA’S suspected stalker has been arrested outside her £12million mansion after allegedly sending her wine, chocolate and toys as gifts.
Daniel John Valtier, 56, refused to comply with a court order telling him to stay away from the singer after claiming Shakira is his wife and that they talk “all the time”.

The “delusional” Valtier was taken into custody on Monday and charged with stalking the Colombian icon after he was arrested late at night outside her Miami home.
The judge ordered him to stay away from Shakira and to never contact her again.
But yesterday in court Valtier said he couldn’t comply with the order because of the pair’s “relationship”.
He said: “She’s my wife. I speak to her all the time.”
The judge responded: “No sir, she is not your wife.”
Before telling the rest of court: “I have some concerns, real concerns right now, because this man is delusional.”
The judge also heard that Shakira’s security team had to tell Valtier to stop sending her unwanted gifts.
The man was then accused of posting private details about Shakira online that included him allegedly boasting about going to her beach home and sharing a photo of a business card for a motel.
Valtier was also charged with hiring a vehicle with intent to defraud after not paying the $70 fare for a taxi he took to her pricey Miami mansion.
Previously the suspected stalker has told his followers online about how he would marry the singer and open a business with her.
He wrote: “When I am married too Shakira she wants too be American like her father, and share the rest of her life with me.
“We will own a trucking business, sing songs, promote, manage and own a garment manufacturing corporation worldwide.”
According to Daily Mail, Valtier has a criminal past dating back to 1988 when he was arrested for aggravated assault, driving while intoxicated, public intoxication and drug related offences.
This is just the latest issue the Hips Don’t Lie singer has had to deal with in the past 12 months after she agreed to pay a £7million fine over tax fraud allegations.
She struck up a last-minute deal to avoid jail time and to spare her sons Milan,10, and Sasha, 8 seeing her going on a lengthy trial.
Earlier this year, Shakira was also stuck facing a separate tax probe in Spain – running separately to the case she got a deal for.
Officials confirmed in July, a court near Barcelona had agreed to investigate her at the request of state prosecutors for suspected 2018 tax breaches.
The wealth tax in Spain is an annual tax payable on the total net value of assets held on December 31.
Spanish tax residents pay tax on their worldwide assets.
Despite the ongoing legal battles, Shakira did manage to have a successful end to her 2023 after scooping up three awards at the annual Latin Grammy’s in Seville.
Spainish football ace Sergio Ramos handed her one of the awards before she took a brutal swipe at ex-Gerard Pique in her acceptance speech.
