Stacey, 33, is expecting her fifth child, her third with husband Joe Swash.
She only announced that she was set to welcome a new baby when she was eight months pregnant.
But Stacey has given her followers an update after her baby was meant to arrive at the end of January, fuelling rumours she may have secretly given birth.
Taking to her stories, the Sort Your Life Out host confirmed that her new baby has not yet arrived.

The former I’m A Celebrity winner captioned the post: “Happy Saturday.
“Just thought I’d pop on because lots of you asking.
“She’s still not here. She’s very comfy I think and letting me know who’s in charge.”

The photo she posted contained a test tube for what looks to be for a urine sample.
She posted a second caption as she said: “So my last few days have consisted of lots of this.
“And checkups and planning because eventually she has to make an appearance whether she wants to or not.”
This comes after she was inactive on social media for 24 hours, leading fans to speculate whether she has given birth.
The 33-year-old, who is expecting her fifth child, is usually very active on social media so her absence was notable – after previously admitting her baby is due “any day now”.
Commenting on her last picture – which was taken during her baby shower, one fan remarked: “I’m guessing baby is here. Stacey has been quiet xx”
A second said: “Anyone else thinking baby girl is here?”
While a third commented: “Things are very quiet I’m wondering if the new little pickle is here?!”
And a fourth added: “You’ve gone unusually quiet! I’m sure baby girl has arrived xxxx.”
