Stacey, 33, took to her Instagram stories to open about the tragic loss which makes the Christmas period difficult for her.
She shared a video of her and her son Rex, three, heading out for a walk to visit the grave of their old dog Theo.
Theo passed away on Boxing Day last year, with the star revealing the pup “fell asleep in her arms”.
“Good afternoon,” Stacey penned over the Instagram stories video, titled “Happy Heavenly Christmas Theo.”

“Me and Rexy spent the morning visiting Theo. Cleaning her plaque and bringing her some fresh flowers.
“It sounds silly but it gets closer to Christmas and I remember that Boxing Day we lost her, I’m missing her more than ever.

“I’m feeling a bit of dread towards Boxing Day for some reason, we love you Fifi, happy heavely Christmas darling.”
Last year, Stacey said she was feeling “guilty” after her beloved dog Theo died in her arms over the festive period.
The Loose Women star revealed her lap felt “so empty” while her other dog Peanut was devastated by the loss.
She wrote: “Peanut is extremely sad. We are giving him cuddles and love and he is cuddling Rose like a hot water bottle so hopefully he will be back to his jumpy self soon.”
Stacey added: “I sat and read your messages. Thank you. I can’t even tell you what comfort your words brought me.
“Knowing lots of you knew and cared about Theo through here make me feel so much less alone.
“I feel so sad and guilty for some reason I don’t know why but even with all those feelings your kind messages made me smile and for that I am so grateful.”
It comes after fans feared that Stacey was quitting the show after the Christmas party last night.
The likes of Charlene White, 42, Frankie Bridge, 33, Judi Love, 42, attended the boozy bash – but Stacey was missing.
