Plastic surgery rumors are always going to follow Kylie Jenner. That’s because as fans watched her grow up, they also watched her appearance really change right before their eyes.
The makeup mogul had been spending time in Europe following Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in Venice, Italy, and the paparazzi have been able to track her down and get a few candid snaps.
Some of her latest photos in Saint-Tropez, France have fans pointing out another scar under Jenner’s breasts that no one noticed before and are questioning if she has gone under the knife again.

What Jenner said about getting her breasts implants
For those inquiring minds who wanted to know, Jenner got real about her breast implant surgery in early June, after a TikTok user requested some info. writing: “Help a girl out Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.”
The reality TV star responded: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! … Hope this helps lol.”
That, however, isn’t the first time Jenner admitted that she got a boob job. After denying it for years, she came clean on a 2023 episode of The Kardashians revealing that she got implants when she was 19 years old.
“I wish I could … do it all differently. Because I wouldn’t touch anything,” she shared, adding, “I’d be heartbroken if [daughter Stormi] wanted to get her body done at 19.”
Fans debate what Jenner’s scar could be from
Now, there’s speculation that Jenner has went under the knife again after pics of her swimming in the ocean in St. Tropez were published in the Daily Mail.
Eagle-eyed fans took to X and Reddit after noticing the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s surgical scar and debated if it’s from the breast augmentation she had years ago or a fresh scar.
“I used to wonder how she didn’t have any scars on her social media because she clearly had a boob job early on. Then I realized, duh, they’re edited,” one person commented.
But others thought the scar may actually be from a new surgery Jenner had done, posting: “It looks too long to be from implants. It might be a mastopexy (breast lift) scar,” and “As someone who has had their breasts done, my scar is TINY and way less noticeable than this. This looks fresh.”
Another user chimed in explaining that whether new or not, they didn’t fault the mom-of-two for having work done, saying, “The scar sucks for sure, but I think a lot of us would have some sort of augmentation if we could afford to. Not as extreme as Kylie, but I’d definitely tweak a few things.”
Some ladies did want to caution others who are thinking about getting implants themselves writing: “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with” and “I recommend anyone thinking about it to wait [until] after children.”
