‘Southern Charm’ star Olivia Flowers’ brother, Conner, found with syringe, drugs when he died 2 days after leaving rehab

Olivia Flowers’ late brother Conner was found with a syringe and drugs at the time of his death, the coroner’s report reveals.

The report, exclusively obtained by Page Six Thursday, details the scene where the “Southern Charm” star’s sibling died from an accidental fentanyl overdose earlier this year.

Conner had gotten out of rehab just two days before his untimely passing, according to document, and states that he was discovered by his girlfriend.

A syringe with “red liquid” was discovered nearby as well as a “clear plastic bag containing a green powder residue,” the report states.

Authorities also collected drug paraphernalia from the scene.

Conner passed away Jan. 30 from what fans first believed were complications due to his years-long battle with Lyme disease to which he family previously alluded. He was 32.

The Bravolebrity revealed in an interview published Wednesday that Conner’s battle with Lyme pushed him toward opioids as he struggled with debilitating pain.

“He started depending, at a very young age, on this prescription medicine to feel normal,” she told People. “And we as a family started to see this toll it took on his body.”

Conner was “in and out of rehab” for years, his sister told the publication, where he tried “so hard” to overcome his addictions.

“He always maintained that he had a problem,” she added. “It was never a fight to get him to go to rehab; anytime my parents would get him help, it was because asked for it.

“He wanted to stop this.”

Olivia also revealed that during one of his stints in rehab, he broke his back on a nature hike and doctors immediately “pumped him full of pain meds, not even thinking.”

“That was a relapse all in itself,” she told People.

The aftermath of Conner’s untimely death has been playing out on the current season of the Bravo reality show, with Olivia even sharing one of the last things he said to her.

“He wanted to stop this,” she said of his battle with substance abuse.

“[He] was like, ‘You’re doing everything right. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. And … I hope you can look at me and be proud of me like I’m proud of you,’” she tearfully said in a confessional.

The emotional Oct. 19 episode also featured a FaceTime call between the brother and sister, during which they said they would see each other “soon.”

“I’m so glad he did because now I have that footage forever,” Olivia told People of his decision to feature it on camera.
