Shayne Jansen warned fans that he might be taking a break from social media amid concerns for his health.
After “Love Is Blind” viewers pointed out Jansen’s erratic behavior during an Instagram Live, the 33-year-old posted a cryptic message to his Stories on Thursday.
“Everyone loves a scandal – Shayne Jansen,” he wrote atop a pink screen. “I’ll see y’all next week or month 💋❤️.”
The message came after fans begged the reality TV star to “get help” after he was seen fidgeting and struggling to form coherent sentences during an Instagram Live last Sunday.
In a clip, which was later posted to TikTok, Jansen was noticeably disheveled while hopping from topic to topic.
Despite Jansen saying he is “fine,” many fans expressed worry for him in the comments section.
“Poor guy. Is clearly struggling. I hope he gets the help he needs. It’s never too late to try,” one user wrote.
“Intervention ASAP. So sad,” a second person said, while a third added, “So sad to see someone in this state posting on social media. Hopefully he looks back on this and makes some positive changes.”

Meanwhile, other people pointed out potential stressors in his life, such as his mother’s recent death and the pressure of reality TV.

“He lost his mom recently and someone def needs to check in on him,” someone else said.
“Knew he was on something after watching him on ‘Perfect Match,’” another speculated.
Jansen, who became known for his energy on the Netflix show, previously denied taking drugs amid speculation he was high while filming the hit series.
“Have I [used drugs]? Yes. On the show I did not. I have experience with a few of them. Nothing that’s been injected into my body, but I think we’ve all had our times in our lives where we’ve done certain things,” he told Nick Viall on “The Viall Files” podcast in March.
“People thought I was doing cocaine. I’m mic’d up the whole time. Everyone would have heard me do it. It’s wild to think that I was carrying cocaine on me, and I was snorting lines and doing all this kind of stuff in the bathroom when I’m mic’d up.”
