Hamptons restaurateur Zach Erdem has his eyes on the North Fork.
Erdem — who owns the popular eateries 75 Main and Blu Mar in Southampton, and is featured on the HBO Max reality show, “Serving the Hamptons” — tells us he is opening up three new spots in Greenport, Long Island.
Erdem has signed a 20-year lease on two restaurant properties.
One will be a Greek spot, called ZErdem, that will dish up fresh local fish.
Another planned place, Café 75, will serve American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Erdem, originally from Turkey, has hired a Turkish pastry chef for the new joint.
Both spots are set to open on May 25.

Café 75 is also attached to a new hotel Erdem has purchased. The spot, called ZEY, has 10 rooms on Main Street.
“Greenport its a great area with beautiful people,” Ederm tells us, adding, “Why do people go to Napa? Go to Greenport. It’s the future Hamptons.”
Erdem says he fell in love with the area when a friend took him there for dinner.
Erdem says the area reminds him of his childhood in Turkey.
“I went back to my childhood life. I saw chickens and big farms, cows, horses. I spent all day driving around and wound up in Greenport… I walked around and saw the liveliness. Every restaurant was full of people.”
We hear he is looking at places in Long Beach as well.
His eatery 75 Main regularly attracts a celebrity clientele including Kendall Jenner, Alex Rodriguez, Jimmy Fallon and more.
