‘Selfish’ Justin Bieber admits to hurting people in cryptic post as fan concern escalates

Is it too late now to say sorry?

Justin Bieber admitted he’s done “things that have hurt others” as an “average flawed guy” in a cryptic Instagram post Friday.

“I continue to do and say things that hurt others intentionally,” the singer, 31, wrote in the lengthy upload. “Yet I woke up with another opportunity to grow and not be selfish today.”

The Grammy winner noted that he “sometimes” worries he’ll “get exposed if [he] tells people how selfish” he is.

He feared admitting to this trait and having people not “like” or “trust” him as a result.

“I thought if I was honest about the selfish things I was feeling that I was gonna be disqualified from the dreams I had of being included,” Bieber explained.

However, he continued, “The more honest I am about where I really am, the more freedom I actually have.”

In another post, the pop star admitted, “I’ve been really asking god to help me see the best in people. Even after being used in the way I have.”

Bieber told his followers that he strives to ask “for a change of perspective” when he wakes up “bad” or “pessimistic.”

He concluded, “Only god can remove the greed and selfishness from our hearts. Trying harder won’t work. Cuz I tried lol.”

Bieber’s musings come amid growing concerns for the performer’s wellbeing.

The American Music Award winner, who shares an 8-month-old baby boy named Jack with wife Hailey Bieber, posted pictures smoking from a huge bong in an Instagram slideshow last week.

The photos made headlines three months after Justin’s rep slammed “harmful” rumors of drug use.

In February, his spokesperson called chatter about Justin’s health “exhausting” and “pitiful.”

The songwriter subsequently appeared to troll his fans with a video on his Story smoking a joint, and he was caught on camera smoking at Coachella — with Hailey, 28, seemingly steering her teenage brother-in-law away — last month.

We hear Justin is spending more than he’s making, partying, losing members of his inner circle and not acting like a “grown married man … with a child.”

Last week, an insider asked Page Six “at what point” the alleged behavior “become[s] Justin’s fault.”

The source noted, “Did he have an upbringing where he got thrust into the limelight? For sure. Did he also have every single privilege and every single ability to do anything he wanted as well? Yes, he did.”
