SEAN Kingston has been arrested alongside his mom just hours after cops launched a dramatic raid on his Florida mansion.
The large-scale raid took place on Thursday at Kingston’s luxurious home in Southwest Ranches, Florida, about 20 miles southwest of Fort Lauderdale.

Aerial footage showed Broward Sheriff’s deputies and Davie SWAT officials outside the seven-bedroom estate, which had a line of luxury exotic cars parked outside.
Kingston’s mother, Janice Turner, was arrested during the raid.
Hours after the raid, Kingston was also taken into custody while in California.
“This evening, police in Fort Irwin, CA, arrested Kisean Anderson, aka Sean Kingston without incident on a Broward Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant for numerous fraud and theft charges,” Public Information Officer Carey Codd told Fox News Digital.
“According to investigators, he will be booked into jail in San Bernardino, CA.”
Prior to his arrest Kingston made an Instagram post letting his fans know both him and his mother were fine.
“People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!.. my lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”
Turner, 61, was hit with several fraud and theft charges, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
The raid is linked to a lawsuit filed in February accusing Kingston of failing to pay for a $150,000 entertainment system in September 2023, according to ABC affiliate WPLG.
The lawsuit, filed by Ver Ver Entertainment, claims Kingston, 34, only made a partial $30,000 payment for the 232-inch television and entertainment system.
He’s 100 percent a scammer.
Attorney Dennis Card
The Beautiful Girls rapper never paid for the product in full after the system was installed at his home in December 2023, according to the filing.
After the work was finished, Kingston allegedly provided a list of excuses for not making the payments.
In late January, a representative with Ver Ver Entertainment went to Kingston’s home to obtain the remaining balance but was instead met by the rapper’s cousin, who denied knowing anything about the issue.
Employees of Ver Ver Entertainment were said to be at the house Thursday, taking down the equipment.
Dennis Card, the company’s attorney revealed to Fox affiliate WSVN that he had known about the raid for months.
“There’s probably 30 deputies in there from BSO, from SWAT,” he said. “They’re basically taking everything in the house.”

‘HE’S A SHOWMAN’
Kingston is accused of using his name and celebrity status to scam companies, the complaint claims.
Dennis Card, the attorney representing Ver Ver Entertainment, called Kingston a scammer.
“He basically has a sales pitch that he goes through to defraud people,” Card told WPLG.
“He induces them into giving him really expensive things.”
Card accused Kingston of running an ongoing pattern of deception.
“He likes having bling, he likes showing off, he’s a showman,” Card told NBC affiliate WTVJ.
“My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s a $80,000 custom bed that was ordered.
“This is an organized systemic fraud.”
The attorney added, “He’s got basically a script, he says that he works with Justin Bieber and that he obviously puts on a big show here.”
Card claimed the Southwest Ranches property, which is reportedly valued at $2.25 million, was a rental home, “This is a rental house, he doesn’t own it.
“He lures people using his celebrity into having them release things without him paying for it, and then he simply never pays.
“He’s 100 percent a scammer, he’s on felony probation right now for trafficking in stolen property.
“He’s got judgments against him for procuring more than $1 million in watches without paying for them.
“This is just an ongoing pattern for Sean.”
Kingston is best known for his smash single Beautiful Girls.
The Jamaican-born rapper has collaborated with artists such as Justin Bieber, Soulja Boy, Nicki Minaj, T-Pain, Flo Rida, and Akon.
