Disick appeared on Khloé Kardashian’s podcast, Khloé in Wonderland, to chat about life. Khloé, at one point, noted that Disick is the “master of reinvention.” He said it made sense since she first met him when he was so young. He later revealed that his romance with Kourtney Kardashian was his first “real” relationship. Disick, an only child, developed close bonds with Kourtney’s siblings during their romance. He even developed a connection with Kris Jenner following the death of his parents.

It is easy to forget how young he was when he met Kourtney. By the time Keeping up with the Kardashians premiered, he was already in a serious relationship with the family’s eldest daughter, and his age wasn’t really brought up. Disick is actually four years younger than Kourtney and was just 22 when they first linked up.
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian first met in 2006 at a party in Mexico hosted by Joe Francis, the founder of Girls Gone Wild. They dated on and off for nearly a decade. Their tumultuous romance was a major storyline on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its spin-offs.
They took things to the next level in 2009 when they welcomed their first child together. Mason Dash Disick was born in December 2009. Penelope Scotland Disick joined the family four years later, followed by Reign Aston Disick in December 2014.
Disick and Kourtney were never married, but he showed interest in tying the knot. Several fans have argued that Kourtney strung Scott along until she found someone more suitable.
They called it quits for good in 2015, but remained actively involved in each other’s lives until 2022, when Kourtney Kardashian made things official with Travis Barker.
