According to her LinkedIn, Burack worked in real estate sales for Nest Seekers International. She was a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and volunteered with the ASPCA, Southampton Animal Shelter, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of NYC.
In a 2020 interview with Hamptons.com, Burack spoke about what viewers could expect from the Netflix real estate series, which followed agents at Nest Seekers International as they attempted to sell jaw-dropping beachfront home in Long Island’s toniest enclave.
“Viewers will be taken into the world of the Hamptons where they will see not only beautiful multimillion-dollar beach homes and estates, but will be shown summer in the Hamptons pre-COVID,” she said. “With scenes from broker open houses, polo games, yacht life and more, there is sure to be an awww from viewers!”
During her time on Million Dollar Beach House, Sara worked with fellow broker Michael Fulfree to sell a Southampton hotel while also dealing with tricky relationships with other agents and brokers. At one point, Peggy Zabakolas – who was feuding with Sara’s friend Noel – confronted her when she suspected Sara was talking about her behind her back, which Sara denied.
“I’ve never done anything,” she said. “I would love to work with you. I’ve never had issues.”
