FORMER Towie star Sam Faiers has revealed she wants to turn her back on reality TV in a bid to pursue a more serious TV career.
The 32 year old mum of three, who shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex and the Mummy Diaries, is now trying to enter the world of documentary making.

During an Instagram Q&A, she was asked by a fan if she would consider doing her own TV show again, after she quit the Mummy Diaries in 2021.
And while the star was certain she wanted to return to TV, Sam admitted she had a very different type of show in mind.
She added: “I’ve always wanted to do more documentary style though, on really important world crisis reality that are not really spoken about publicly.
“For example human trafficking and child exploitation. I would also love to some something fun with mum & sis.”

Sam would be following in the footsteps of former Love Island star Zara Mc Dermott, who has tackled issues such as eating disorders and revenge porn.

Sam’s love life has been the subject of much debate since her onscreen romance with Joey Essex, while the pair were on Towie.
But now, the rumour mill has been ignited once again surrounding her relationship with partner Paul Knightley. Fans of the star have been speculating when the couple will get married.
Sam hinted at a possible marriage proposal while being interviewed by Christine Lampard on Lorraine in 2020.
Christine asked: “There’s a lot of talk about “wifey for lifey” in this series, is that cuing wedding bells or what?”
Sam replied: “Absolutely, I hope so – five years, two kids, two big moves together, so I hope so soon.”
