Rylan, 35, has truly hit the big-time as he bagged a whopping £4.1 million in earnings thanks to his companies.
His Rylan performing arts company retained £1,427,338 worth of profits including £132,328 made in its latest financial year.
His retail earnings were split across two firms – Rcndorse and Luxenoa.
After allowing for bills Rylan retained £2.55million worth of profits at these firms.
The Luxenoa retail brand is licensed to sell cosmetics, candles, furniture, mirrors, candlesticks and textiles – among others, according to the Intellectual property Office.
This comes as he invested in his third Big Brother Diary Room chair and even an underground railway.
As well as his on-screen presenting role in the Channel 5 iteration of the social experiment, Rylan is known to be a superfan of the hit franchise.
As a birthday present to himself, The Celebrity Gogglebox star splashed out on the iconic chair from series five, which was won by Nadia Almada.
The Big Brother Bit On The Side personality took to his Instagram story as he snapped the infamous red chair.
He even recreated the scene where she begged producers to leave the house or to give her some cigarettes.
He joked: “When you buy the original Big Brother 5 Diary Room Chair as a bday present to yourself.
“As the Ultimate fanboy I couldn’t resist adding this to my collection. Nadia, when you coming over.”
Rylan also admitted that he previously built his own train station, in his five bedroom Essex mansion – which also contains a swimming pool and a sprawling garden.
Speaking with radio presenter Nick Ferrari on This Morning, he admitted: “I am a bit of a train geek myself. I’ve built an underground station at my house.
“There’s different lines, I’ve got the Rylan line.
“I did have a bit of a drink one new year’s eve. I put in a bit of a big for a Heritage Railway.
“I would literally buy a steam train, an underground carriage.”
