ROWAN Atkinson’s rarely-seen daughter has opened up for the first time on the “darkest days” of her parents divorce.
Artist Lily Sastry is the youngest child of the Johnny English actor and his former wife, Sunetra Sastry.

Blackadder favourite Rowan, 70, and Newcastle-born Sunetra, 67, also share eldest son Benjamin Atkinson, 31.
The showbiz pair married in 1990 yet split in 2015.
The BBC make-up artist was granted a divorce on the grounds of the Mr Bean star’s “unreasonable behaviour” with Rowan not present at the central London divorce hearing.
The screen star bought Sunetra a £21million mansion in Chelsea shortly before their divorce was finalised.
Now Lily, who showcases her array of artwork on Instagram, has spoken about the family’s rough patch in a message online.
The brunette, now 30, posted: “I went through so much chaos and loneliness in my twenties.
“Now I am 30, I can see clearly where I was at and what was happening inside me during the darkest days.
“I was so lost, and only really started to feel vaguely normal in my late twenties.
“I have always been trapped between worlds; do not belong here, but also don’t belong there.”
Talking of her sense of feeling lost, she candidly added: “It’s hard to find out who you are in the midst of no friends, a broken family, and no idea how to navigate making music and trying to understand the world.

“It has taken me years to figure out my life and who I am, as well as become the best person I can be. I have made countless mistakes, and been hurt, lost, and alone many a time.
“Art was my guiding light. The thing that made all the suffering worth it; as I was working towards a goal, a dream.”
Recent creative work posted to her Instagram page includes one multi-coloured piece entitled Love and Romance as well as a painting sketch, Men’s Hour: Masculinity.
In her First Self work created in 2020 and pinned to the top of her Instagram page, Lily tells how the naked figures and “figurative and surrealist imagery” go on to “reveal the truth behind how human behaviour manifests differently in men and women.”
As well as her artwork Lily, who changed her surname from Atkinson to Sastry in 2017, fills her social media pages with elegant selfies.
The snaps often show her fresh-faced and with her brunette hair in natural waves.
Recently, she was seen posing in a black short-sleeve dress with a plunging v neckline.
She accessorised with a gold crucifix necklace and carried a single rose in her opening image.
The post then flicked to a quick video which saw her holding a full bunch of the blooms.
One fan was quick to gush on social media: “Beautiful.”
Another posted: “The single rose…that blossoms into a lovely bouquet.”
As well as her career in art, Lily has also stepped foot in the acting world.
She starred in her dad’s movie Johnny English Reborn as well as in Mr Bean’s Holiday.
Lily also featured in 2004 flick Tooth.
She then launched a career on the West End with her burlesque singing and dancing performances.
