FAT Joe has led the tributes to Terror Squad rapper Raul Conde who died this week at 52 after suffering a heart attack.
Love & Hip-Hop: New York’s Erica Mena, who shares a son with Conde, said they were left with a “broken heart” as she honored the rap star.

Mena, who shared a child with Conde, shared the sad reality of the situation on Instagram.
“My Son officially has a broken heart. LIFE IS SO SHORT. PLEASE LOVE YOUR PEOPLE.”
Fat Joe, who was part of the Terror Squad with the rapper, also shared his love for the star, as well as condolences after hearing the news.
“My Day 1 how can a man love another man more than your own biological family. You are 1 of 1 the most loyal EVER. We did it since kids we did everything we dreamed of i love you with every fiber in my body,” Joe wrote.

The Lean Back rapper posted multiple pictures of him and his longtime friend.
“I thought we’d get old together and look back at the times we had and laugh. No one understood me like you, you were God sent my brother I wish I could get one last talk with you.”
“My Condolences to the CONDE FAMILY ty for letting us have RAUL for all these years i can tell you not a moment in my life I won’t love and cherish every minute every second I’ve had with RAUL,” the rapper added.
Conde joined the rap group in 1998, sparking the two rappers’ long friendship.
In 1998, the All The Way Up rapper credited Conde with saving his life after the Terror Squad had been approached by a local man after their concert in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“When I go to walk [out], I open the door, this dude is standing in the trunk of a car — this is no exaggeration — pulling out the silver gun, All of a sudden, I see Raul TS. Now, Raul got a .22 Derringer, probably the same s**t he had at Morris High School,” Joe said during an Instagram Live session.
