Raquel Leviss has checked into a facility to receive treatment for her mental health amid the drama surrounding her and Tom Sandoval’s affair, Page Six has confirmed.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star and her family “decided before the relationship was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
Leviss reportedly had planned to check herself in before taping the Bravo reality series’ reunion.
“She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment,” the source added.

“Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health.”
Reps for Leviss and Bravo didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment, but Leviss’ rep did tell the outlet she wasn’t seeking treatment for substance abuse issues.
Sandoval, who had been in a 9-year relationship with co-star Ariana Madix, and Leviss’ affair was exposed in early March
