Prince William and Kate Middleton might have said they weren’t having more than three kids, but they never put a limit on the number of dogs.
Prince William and Kate Middleton have been married since 2011. The Prince and Princess of Wales met at the University of St. Andrews back in college during the early 2000s, and after dating for close to a decade, William popped the question in 2010. Since then, they have been one of the world’s most famous couples.
In 2013, the two welcomed their first child and heir to the throne, Prince George. Then, Princess Charlotte came along in 2015, and Prince Louis joined the cast in 2018. While William and Kate opted not to have any more children, eagle-eyed fans believe they just welcomed a new member of the family.

The royal family has always loved animals. Queen Elizabeth II was passionate about her corgis, and both Camilla Parker Bowles and Meghan Markle were devastated after they lost beloved pets this year. Now, those with sharp eyes think they might have noticed a new pet in William and Kate’s family.
On UK’s Mother’s Day, the Princess of Wales shared a video to Instagram mostly having to do with nature, but in one brief clip, it appeared that one of William and Kate’s sons was running through grass while two pups followed him. Of course, one was the royal family’s well-known canine pal, Orla, but the other brown pup has led people to believe the family now has two dogs.
According to Express, users took to social media to discuss the situation, with fans saying it looks like Orla might have a new sibling. William and Kate have not confirmed the newest addition to the family, but it would make sense that the second pup featured in the video would also be theirs. It does not appear that anyone knows the name of the mystery pet.

William and Kate understand that it isn’t easy growing up in the spotlight. William and his younger brother, Prince Harry, were constantly the subject of media stories when they were kids. Kate, on the other hand, grew up in a much more private household, and she is extremely close with her brother and sister. From the time William and Kate started a family, they knew they wanted their children to have the most privacy and closest relationship with each other as possible.
A new dog in the family wouldn’t come as a surprise, as it would likely just mean that William and Kate are trying to keep their kids happy and entertained.
