Pregnant Jessie J reveals sex of first baby, shows bare bump at 2023 Brit Awards

Jessie J is going to be a boy mom!

The pregnant “Domino” hitmaker announced the sex of her first baby on Saturday before walking the 2023 BRIT Awards red carpet.

“Since I wrote this song every time I play it or sing it he moves like crazy…so I think this song is the one,” the singer captioned a video of herself singing an upcoming single a capella.

“Oh yeah…I’m having a boy,” the 34-year-old added, “and I promise I am wearing underwear.”

Hours later, Jessie stepped out at the London awards show in a red crop top and pants combo, which exposed her growing bump.

The “Price Tag” chart topper completed her look with a red fur coat, towering pumps and gloves, her raven tresses slicked back into a bun.

“Last time I walked this red carpet was 10 years go. MAD,” the songwriter captioned an Instagram video showing off her crop top and pants combo.

“Them.. ‘Can we get a profile shot’ Me… ‘Of what’ 🤰🏻,” she continued. “I’ve missed ‘JESSSAY JESSAAAAAAaaay this way… JESSAAY’ 😂.”

Jessie’s epic fashion moment comes one month after she first revealed she is expecting a rainbow baby.

Since the pop star tragically suffered a miscarriage in 2021, she asked her followers to be extra “gentle” with her this time around.

“I am so happy and terrified to finally share this,” Jessie captioned the emotional video in January, which had her song “Sunflower” playing over it.

She continued, “Honestly, ya girl just wants to ugly cry in public in a catsuit eating a chocolate covered pickle with no questions asked 🤸🏻‍♂️”

The expectant star also hasn’t shied away from highlighting the difficult aspects of pregnancy, sharing a video last month that showed her yawning, crying and throwing up.

“I was warned about that first trimester and it was WOOFY WOOF,” Jessie captioned the post.

She has also spoken out about pregnancy loss, writing in an August 2022 post that “it’s healthy and normal to have days of complete sadness and to honor all the feelings that come up, good and bad.”
