Popular C4 star becomes a dad for the first time as he reveals adorable name

CHANNEL 4 documentary star Benjamin Zand reveals that he has become a father for the first time.

The 33-year-old filmmaker, who has won several gongs for his hard-hitting investigations, shared the happy news with his followers earlier today.

Captioning a snap which shows him posing with his partner and their newborn just moments after the birth, Ben wrote:

“ The best assignment of our lives just landed. Welcome to the world Baby Yeung-Zand. Who knew life could be so sweet.”

Ben then followed his sweet caption with a blue love heart emoji.

The hotshot documentary maker, who fronts the hugely popular Channel 4 show UNTOLD as well as current C4 series Kingpins, was congratulated by his followers – including some famous faces.”

Fellow TV investigative reporter and former Strictly star Stacey Dooley excitedly typed: “Barfgfghhhhahhh.” Hollywood actor and filmaker Justin Theroux penned: “Welcome Young-Zand.” While another follower gushed:

“ Ahh so happy for you both.” A fourth wrote: “OMG – the biggest congratulations to you both.” And a fifth added: “Congratulations, love you both.”

Ben has won numerous accolades for his work throughout his career.

Last year, he picked up the Broadcast Award for best documentary series for his hard-hitting documentary titled Kingpin Cribs: Drugs, Death and Pet Tigers.

In 2022, Zand won critical acclaim for his TV docu-series Chasing Famous.
