Adam, 39, who is best known for his role as Bumper Allen in the hit movies, stripped down to his swimming shorts for his 2.7M followers.
The star spoke to the camera, whilst lounging in a large outside tub, stating: “Okay, I’m going underneath and then I’ll come up and say that I’ve been under for twenty minutes.”
He then jokingly instructed his cameraman to start filming before dipping his head into the water and exclaiming in supposed shock.
The star then rose out of the water, showing off his toned physique as he boasted: “Just got done cold plunging, I wanna’ say that was like twenty minutes or something, I guess I’m just naturally really, really good at it.


“So, Renu cold plunge, it’s easy for me, it might be difficult for you but it’s really easy for me.”
He then continued to get out of the tub, flaunting his trimmed down form.

Adam sported blue shorts in the clip, surrounded by a stunning back-drop of blue sky as he enjoyed the sunshine.
He wrote in the caption: “Are you not INFLUENCED?!? A lil peak behind the fitness influencer curtain.
“I just got this @renutherapy cold plunge.
“I honestly love it and I think it’s going to help me reach my ultimate goal of being so incredibly fit that I’m no longer allowed to do comedy because I’m so hawt.”
The Workaholics producer’s fans flocked to the comments to compliment his appearance, with one writing: “You might be cold but that body is,” followed by several flame emojis.
A second quipped: “HAWT HAWT HAWT.”
Another added: “Bro you’re JACKED now!!”
The star tied the knot with partner Chloe Bridges in 2021, celebrating the nuptials with a massive beach bash alongside co-stars from his hit show.
With the guest list including the likes of Erik Griffin, Anders Holm and Blake Anderson.
